C1260 Matched pair of Howard Style Club chairs

An almost identical pair of matched Howard style very deep seated club chairs.  Extremely comfortable, with only 2cms difference in the overall depth.  They both have turned front legs, the same height but with very slightly different turning.  We have completely rebuilt these from the frame up - using traditional hand tied coil springs, webbing and hessian, with feather and down seat cushion.  All they require is a top cover.  Circa 1880
